We are seeking a highly-motivated Customer Service Officer to join our family owned and operated car rental company based in Eagle Farm. This role will suit someone with some experience in customer service who enjoys interacting with the general public and is dedicated to ensuring our customers always have a fantastic experience when hiring from us.
About the role
- Casual
- 20 to 25 hours per week
- Based in our Eagle Farm office (near Brisbane Airport)
Key responsibilities
This is an important role in a quick-paced service business. You will predominantly be dealing with our customers when they are picking up or returning their vehicles, which are two of the most important interactions they will have with our business. Your objective is to deliver a high standard of customer service in the most efficient way possible.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Check in and check out customers including completing paperwork, taking payments and showing customers around vehicles
- Pick up and drop off customers from/to the airport or their accommodation
- Cleaning / detailing cars as required
Attributes
You will need the possess the following attributes to be successful in this role:
- Passion for delivering a high standard of customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and confidently handle busy periods
- Initiative and ability to think on your feet
- Excellent attention to detail, highly organised
- Well presented
- Punctual
You also must have: Current Australian driver’s licence
Sound computer skills
Own reliable transport
