Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers through robust written and verbal communication, both in-person and over the phone.

Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements.

Drive vehicles as and when required.

Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, manage customer accounts, and handle rental agreement documentation.

Open and close rental agreements with precision.

Promote and sell insurance products effectively.

Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

Exhibit excellent communication skills coupled with a proactive attitude.

Deliver impeccable customer service.

Work autonomously as well as part of a cohesive team.

Multi-task efficiently while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Flexibility to commute and operate across multiple locations.

Ability to work with Rental Car Manager is a bonus

Pay: $45,000.00
- $115,000.00 per year
