Customer Service Officer (Murarrie)

Are you a people person who enjoys solving problems and delivering great customer service? We’re looking for a motivated and organised Customer Service Officer to join our team in Brisbane. In this role, you’ll work closely with customers, sales, dispatch, and inventory teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Please note: The office will be relocating to the Southern Suburbs in early 2027, currently the role is based at Murarrie. What you will be doing:
- Processing customer orders, invoices and credits
- Managing phone and email enquiries
- Coordinating with warehouse and dispatch teams
- Resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Supporting continuous improvement within the customer service team What we are looking for:
- Previous customer service or administration experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Experience with ERP systems highly regarded
