- High-impact role partnering closely with a dynamic transformation leader An incredible opportunity awaits as we partner with Freedom Fuels to appoint a Technical Delivery Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering enterprise-wide transformation. This is not a role where everything is already set up
- you’ll step into a business at the beginning of its transformation journey, with the prospect to build structure, drive change, and make a tangible impact from day one. This is a 12 month fixed term contract, with possibility of extension. What’s in it for you?

- this is a rare greenfield opportunity. About The Role
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple transformation initiatives across ERP, retail, wholesale, finance and operational systems.
- Establish and uplift governance frameworks, delivery standards, reporting and visibility across projects.
- Act as the key conduit between business and IT, aligning technical solutions with operational needs.
- Drive project execution across asset rollouts, system upgrades, integrations and enterprise programs.
- Contribute to solution architecture, understanding integration points and supporting technical decision-making.
- Coordinate stakeholders, vendors and internal teams to ensure delivery against scope, timelines and budgets.
- Build structure where little currently exists—this includes governance, delivery processes and ways of working.
- Provide visibility and bring stakeholders on the journey, ensuring engagement, clarity and adoption.
- Support RFP processes, vendor evaluations and implementation planning.
- Play a key role in embedding sustainable delivery capability and operational improvement across the business. About You
- Proven experience delivering complex technology and business transformation initiatives end-to-end.
- Strong technical delivery capability, with exposure to systems, integrations and enterprise platforms.
- Able to operate at both a strategic and hands-on level
- you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
- Experience contributing to solution architecture and understanding integration landscapes (e.g. SSO, enterprise systems).
- Comfortable working in environments without structure
- you know how to build it.
- Highly proactive with strong problem-solving instincts
- you’re someone who gets things done.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and bring people on the journey.
- High energy, adaptable and resilient
- you thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Experience across consulting or complex operational environments (retail, aviation, logistics, etc.) is highly regarded.
