About the role
The role of the Distribution Centre Staff is to support Distribution Centre management in running the performance of the warehouse to achieve the company vision and implement our 2030 strategy.

What can you expect?
Receiving, replenishing, picking and dispatch
Operating forklift equipment and/or undertake truck duties, where licensed and directed to
Consistently, delivering high standards in housekeeping in the yard and championing the warehouse, whilst adopting secure work practices
Participate in daily huddles and distribution centre meetings
Actively participate in My Health Checks with Manager
Adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
Skills and Experience
Robust communication skills and excellent work ethic
On the job training and the opportunity to move along the Reece Career Pipeline
Team player, with exceptional safety awareness.
Ability to build and maintain robust relationships with the staff, peers, and suppliers
