Our Port Beach and Point Walter venues are built around sunshine, fresh air and the relaxed energy of Perth’s coastline. We’re looking for a confident, hands-on Supervisor who thrives outdoors and brings warmth, leadership and positive energy to every shift.

**About You**

**You’re someone who**:

- Has experience in customer-facing or supervisory roles (wellness, service or hospitality ideal)
- Brings natural warmth, confidence and strong communication
- Loves working outdoors and thrives in a coastal environment
- Is calm under pressure and quick to problem-solve
- Takes ownership, shows initiative and leads with care
- Supports team members and builds solid relationships with regulars
- Maintains a high standard of professionalism and venue upkeep

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Leading and supporting the FOH team during shifts
- Greeting guests and delivering exceptional customer service
- Managing check-ins, queries and day-to-day operations
- Overseeing cleanliness, safety and venue presentation
- Providing guidance on sauna usage
- Resolving onsite issues and supporting member needs
- Supporting retail sales and merchandise
- Collaborating on community events and activations
- Acting as the eyes and ears of the venue, communicating insights and feedback to management
- Completing monthly projects and following direction from Operations
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
