OSHC Manager (East Fremantle)

Your Role We are seeking a passionate and motivated OSHC Manager to lead and manage one of our Outside School Hours Care services. This is a rewarding leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong teams, creating engaging programs, and fostering meaningful relationships with children and families. Shift times include:
- Before School Care: 6:30am – 9:00am
- After School Care: 2:00pm – 6:00pm

- The ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a positive learning culture for children, families, and educators
- A genuine passion for working with children, delivering fun, engaging, and stimulating experiences
- Strong interpersonal communication, teamwork, and leadership skills What You Will Need ✔ Certificate IV or Diploma of Children’s Services (Or ACECQA approved Equivalent) ✔ Sound understanding of the Approved Frameworks (Early Years Learning Framework / My Time, Our Place) and the National Quality Standards ✔ Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain within the first three months of employment) ????
