**Position Overview**: **Responsibilities**: Client Engagement:

- Proactively engage with existing clients to gather feedback and understand their needs.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through personalized engagement strategies.
- Conduct face-to-face interactions to enhance the overall client experience.

Competitive Analysis:

- Perform regular competitive analyses to identify market positioning and stay informed about industry trends.
- Utilise market insights to recommend strategies that enhance Save Our Service's competitive edge.

Business Development:

- Seeking and converting new clients for the business
- Conduct regular visits to each childcare centre to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Monitor and address declines or lack of progression in monthly usage, working collaboratively with clients to find solutions.
- KPI’s and incentives for new centres onboarded monthly, contributing to the overall growth and expansion of Save Our Service.

Experiences:

- Proven experience in account management and business development, preferably in the childcare or education sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct competitive analyses and make strategic recommendations.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
