- Full Time/Permanent Responsibilities Include
- Performing all food preparation and cooking duties
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Maintain high standard of kitchen hygiene to exceed food safety standards.
- Working across all sections of the kitchen including pans and fryers
- Ensuring consistency and portion control is adhered to.
- General kitchen cleaning duties as required. Essential Skills Required
- Certificate III is Commercial Cookery (highly regarded but not essential)
- Experience in commercial cookery
- Proven experience in a large high-volume commercial kitchen
- Experience in food preparation and plating up. What You’ll Get
