Responsibilities

Perform all food preparation and cooking duties

Work in a rapid‑paced setting

Ability to work well under pressure.

Maintain high standard of kitchen hygiene to exceed food safety standards.

Work across all sections of the kitchen including pans and fryers.

Ensure consistency and portion control is adhered to.

General kitchen cleaning duties as required.

Essential skills required

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (highly regarded but not essential)

Experience in commercial cookery

Proven experience in a large high‑volume commercial kitchen

Experience in food preparation and plating up.
