Customer Service Officer Tenure: Casual Location: Various
- Service Centres across the municipality Remuneration: $37.66 per hour + 25% casual loading Campaspe Shire Council is seeking a passionate and driven Customer Service Officer to help deliver high-quality service to our community. This energetic role involves working across various locations and engaging in a range of activities including our networked call centre and customer facing centres. If you are driven in delivering exceptional service and resolving customer enquiries, we would love to hear from you! About the Role The Customer Service officer responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Deliver high-quality, timely and consistent customer service across multiple channels (in-person, phone, email, webchat, SMS).
- Uphold and promote Council’s Customer Experience Strategy and Customer Service Charter, meeting response time standards.
- Maintain accurate information flow for internal and external customers.
- Represent and enhance Council’s public image through all customer interactions.
- Respond to enquiries using Council systems in line with policies and service standards.
- Process, reconcile and bank payments accurately in accordance with procedures. About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Certificate III in Business Administration (or related field), or relevant on-the-job experience.
- Competent computer skills including Microsoft Office and customer database systems.
- A valid Driver’s Licence.
- A satisfactory National Police Check.
- A valid Victorian Employee Working with Children Check. What’s in it for you:
