Bakers Delight are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Baker to join their team in Echuca, VIC. Responsibilities
- Preparing, mixing, cutting and shaping dough ready for baking
- Preparing and baking a variety of bread products (loaves, rolls, pies and pastries)
- Monitor proving, cooking and cooling times, and ensuring appearances of items are consistent
- Various baking techniques and methods
- Weighing ingredients and keeping track of production schedule
- Stock management and ordering
- Cleaning and equipment upkeep Skills and Abilities
- Ideally have a Certificate III in Baking / Certificate III in Breadmaking or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in relevant field
- Ability to work in a team workplace Salary range is $70,000
