Bakers Delight are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Baker to join their team in Echuca, VIC.

Responsibilities

Preparing, mixing, cutting and shaping dough ready for baking

Preparing and baking a variety of bread products (loaves, rolls, pies and pastries)

Monitor proving, cooking and cooling times, and ensuring appearances of items are consistent

Various baking techniques and methods

Weighing ingredients and keeping track of production schedule

Stock management and ordering

Cleaning and equipment upkeep

Skills and Abilities

Ideally have a Certificate III in Baking / Certificate III in Breadmaking or equivalent

Minimum of 3 years' experience in relevant field

Ability to work in a team workplace

Salary range is $70,000
- $85,000 per annum commensurate with experience.

Fulltime Position available.
