Are you a hands-on, customer-focused Trade Officer (Handy Person) with minimum 3 years’ experience in building maintenance?

Come join Team TLC and our regional maintenance team to ensure that our buildings and equipment are safe, functional and visually appealing across our integrated network of Aged Care, Early Learning, Medical Centres, Café & Bar and Health Clubs.

Your company vehicle will get you between our southeast precincts in Hallam, Noble Park, Mordialloc, Chelsea Heights & Frankston North.

Hours of work

This is a full-time, ongoing role working Monday to Friday and possible occasional out of hours work such as after 5pm, weekends and public holidays.

What you’ll be doing
- Complete general trade duties and repairs
- Carry out site inspections, minor repairs to fixtures and fittings
- Liaise with sites on issues and the progress of works
- Provide excellent customer service, communication and have a great attitude
- Assist with other duties when necessary

What you’ll need
- White Card
- Relevant qualifications
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
- NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
- Working with Children Check
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence
