Machine Operator / Factory All-rounder (Chelsea Heights)

**MACHINE OPERATOR / FACTORY ALL-ROUNDER**

**Role**: We are looking for a machine operator/ factory all-rounder to join our dynamic team. We prefer someone with previous experience operating slitting/ rewinding machine but its not necessary. You will will be trained on variety of factory duties including packing, stores and operating advanced slitting/rewinding machinery.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone keen to learn or someone to use their slitting/rewinding experience and work with great mentors and make a successful career in this fast growing industry.

**Requirements**:

- Full Australian working rights
- Have own reliable means of transport
- Capable of working both in a team setting and autonomously
- Ability to follow machine safety and operating procedures
- Enthusiastic and reliable, with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Some heavy lifting is required.

Remuneration: Above award rate and in line with experience you bring.

Permanent full time, based in Chelsea Heights. Our standard work week is 38 hours.

Monday -Thursday 7.30am-4pm and Friday 7.30am-2pm.

Pay: $25.00
- $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Supplementary Pay:

- Christmas bonus
- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Slitting/ Rewinding Machine: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
