- Wall Frame Manufacturing ???? Location: Edinburgh Are you a carpenter looking for a more stable, consistent role without the constant battle against weather, site delays and travel? K&B; Frame & Truss is looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our wall frame production team in a full-time position based at our Edinburgh manufacturing facility. This role offers the opportunity to apply your carpentry skills in a clean, organised indoor environment while enjoying consistent weekday hours, reliable work, and the support of a high-performing team. Instead of travelling from site to site, working in extreme heat, wind or rain, you'll work indoors using modern equipment and systems to build high-quality wall frames for residential construction projects across South Australia. - Opportunity to grow within a well-established business The Role You'll work as part of our frame & truss manufacturing team, operating wall line equipment and assembling timber frames and trusses accurately and efficiently. Your carpentry knowledge will be highly valued in ensuring quality workmanship, interpreting plans and helping drive productivity across the line. Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and manufacture wall frames to specification
- Operate wall line machinery safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret construction plans and measurements
- Ensure finished products meet quality standards
- Work collaboratively within the production team
- Maintain a safe and organised workspace About You
- Carpentry experience essential (qualified carpenter)
- Strong understanding of residential construction
- Ability to read and interpret plans
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Takes pride in quality workmanship
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
