**About the Role**: The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a passionate and committed Registered Nurse to join our team within the Diabetes Service as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager.

As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting a team of nurses who are dedicated to providing high-quality care to patients with diabetes. Your responsibilities will include:

- overseeing the daily operations of the diabetes service unit, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
- providing clinical leadership and support to nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development
- collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centred care plans
- ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain the highest standards of care
- identifying opportunities for service improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
