About the OPPORTUNITY We have an exciting opportunity for a Store person to join our Defence Delivery Line of Business where you will be working with our Supply Chain Function giving you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to the support of the Australian Defence Force. Reporting to the Warehouse Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance to our receipt, dispatch, inventory and warehousing requirements. Not only will you be working with an inclusive and supportive team and be exposed to career expanding opportunities, but you will also have access to our 9-day fortnight. This role will be based out of our Edinburgh Parks office in SA.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Receipt deliveries into the allocated inventory system
- Count and check items against delivery documentation
- Match delivered items with relevant purchase order numbers
- Ensure delivered items are safely placed in bays
- Follow set processes in an accurate and timely manner
- Create and integrate material requirements prior to picking within required timeframes
- Ensure items are packed, stored and wrapped correctly to minimise damage during delivery
- Complete stocktake activities and raise discrepancies with the Senior Store person
- Perform Oracle and Maximo transactions as required

About YOU
- Demonstrated warehousing and freight receipt/dispatching experience
- Be proactive and solution focussed and an eagerness to learn
- An appropriate qualification will be highly regarded (e.g. Certificate III in Warehousing)
- Previous experience using ERP or warehouse management systems (Oracle and Maximo highly desirable)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively under mínimal supervision
- Solid organisational skills and the ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment
- A reliable team player with a adaptable attitude and a strong work ethic
- A strong commitment to safe work practices
