About The Role

Hairhouse is looking for a Store Manager to lead, empower and support our amazing team and promote best practice store operations. To succeed in this role, you will bring your previous management experience to lead, coach and mentor the Hairhouse team to deliver exceptional customer experiences across all areas of the business including retail, salon and piercing.

Duties

Deliver exceptional customer service to all Hairhouse customers

Manage day to day operations of the store and meet compliance requirements

Ensure the store is well presented, clean and always stocked appropriately

Identify opportunities to drive and increase sales

Ensure the store is merchandised according to brand guidelines and drive successful marketing campaigns

Cultivate a strong, supportive and inclusive culture with your team.

Skills and Experience

Qualified and Experienced Hairdresser

A minimum 3 years Retail Management experience

A passion for Hair and Beauty (any experience is a plus)

Experience in guiding a team to achieve KPIs and sales targets

Exceptional organisational and time management skills

Strong people management skills.
