Please find the list of duties required below.

Basic Xero knowledge
- upload invoices to Xero

Chasing up Debtors and weekly calls and reports

Maintaining Oracle website with client for Plumbing side

Keep up to date motor vehicle register with expiry dates for registrations.

Report to Director and liaise with Bookkeeper.

General Office duties as required.

Previous office experience preferred (3 years previous experience)

Flexible schedule 9-3pm school hours available
- flexible 3 days a week

We are essentially looking for someone with drive and enthusiasm to take on the role and has an interest in advertising and promoting the company and being part of a excellent team.

It would be great if they could hit the ground running!

Job Types: Full time, Part-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 18
- 20 per week
