Part Time Beauty Advisor - Elizabeth

**The Body Shop Australia is currently recruiting for a Part Time Beauty Advisor who will be rostered to work (XX) hours per week on a rotating roster!**

**Your role in a nutshell**

To support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times.

**Key duties**:

- The Beauty Advisor will take the time to learn our customer’s needs and recommend fantastic products that make them feel so valuable.
- Uphold the values and vision of the company whilst ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies.
- Offer expert advice to our customers and provide an inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy.

**What we look for**
- Previous retail experience is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a particular focus on building rapport with customers
- A team player and be open to receiving daily coaching / feedback from your Store and Assistant Manager.
- A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry
- Confident in reaching store targets and sales
- An active contributor to our joyful collective by being an agile, tenacious and optimistic team member.
