Barista and Supervisor (Elizabeth)

SOUL ORIGIN ELIZABETH STORE: Soul Origin Elizabeth is currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated **BARISTAS** **AND SUPERVISIOR**to join the team!

Do you have a passion for coffee? Like to work in a fast-paced environment? And love engaging with customers? Then this role is for you! As a Soul Origin Barista and Supervisior, you’ll have access to the highest quality Specialty Coffee and work with the best brewing equipment on the market to create our delicious coffee beverages. You’ll be responsible for:

- Serving our Soul Origin customers.
- Preparing and serving hot/cold beverages.
- Ensuring the coffee utensils and equipment are clean and sanitised regularly.
- A minimum of 8 months experience as a Barista
- A positive attitude and confidence to engage with customers
- Ability to work as a team
- You’ll be completing general duties such as serving salads, breads and soups.
- You’ll be responsible for ensuring the store provides the highest level of customer service, product consistency and food safety
- Maintaining stock levels
- Assisting with recruitment and training needs
- Leading a small team to give our Soul Origin customers an excellent experience.
- Responding to customer enquiries as required
- An approachable demeanour and positive communication skills
- Good attention to detail and cash handling skills
- You’ll also be able to help with stock take, opening / closing the store
- Ability to work a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required
- An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- An understanding of Specialty Coffee will be highly regarded
