**Job description**

We are seeking a Barista for a Gloria Jean's Coffee located at Elizabeth. You are welcome to either _**submit your CV online or in store**_.

Skills required:

- Hospitality industry customer service experience min. 1 year
- Well groomed, neat presentation
- A positive attitude
- Experience in food handling/or willing to obtain
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on developing genuine relationships with your colleagues and our guests
- Ability to prioritise the tasks during shifts
- Able to work as a team and woek under pressue
- _**Must be flexible with working hours and able to work morning or afternoon shifts throughout the week**_

Key Responsibilities:

- Serving handcrafted and high-quality espresso beverages following Gloria Jeans Standards along with exceptional customer service
- Handling cash at the register when taking orders and giving correct change
- Managing the pastry cabinet and preparing food, abiding by the National Food & Safety Standards
- Prioritising daily shift duties as set by shift leader/store manager

Schedule:

- 5-8 hour per shift, start with 2-3 shifts a week for successful applicant

Staff Benefits
