The Opportunity In this role you will provide facilities management services and technical advice across Coles state-of-the-art Distribution Centre located in Edinburgh, South Australia.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Ensure all programs including reactive and preventative maintenance are executed promptly and meet quality requirements.
- Oversee the efficient and effective operation of the site. Including cleaning, security, contractor management, self-delivery staff and waste management.
- Manage annual facilities budget, identifying and prioritising funds to support required services.
- Drive continuous improvement. Implement and develop safety standards and procedures including conducting audits across the site.
- Adhere to all City Health and Safety (Think Safe) policies and procedures.

**To be considered for this role you will**:

- Tertiary qualification in Business, Administration or Technical stream
- advantageous.
- Previous Facilities Management experience, ideally in a commercial supply chain environment.
- Experience with budget responsibility, including capital and operational budget management.
- Strong administration, planning and coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships. Experience working closely with local and nationally based clients, contractors, technicians and team members.
- Current and valid Australian Driver’s Licence. Willing to travel interstate as required.
