Receptionist / Bookkeeper Physio 4 Life Physio 4 Life is a friendly, patient-focused physiotherapy practice committed to helping our clients move better and live healthier lives. We are looking for an organised and personable Receptionist / Bookkeeper to join our team and help keep the practice running smoothly at our Elizabeth head office. About the Role This is a key front-of-house and administrative role combining reception duties with bookkeeping support. You will be the first point of contact for our patients while also managing day-to-day financial and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Reception & Administration
· Welcoming patients and providing a friendly, professional first impression
· Managing appointment bookings, cancellations, and enquiries (in person, phone, and email)
· Maintaining accurate patient records and filing systems
· Supporting physiotherapists with general administrative tasks Bookkeeping
· Processing invoices, payments, and receipts
· Managing accounts payable and receivable
· Reconciling daily transactions
· Assisting with payroll and basic financial reporting
· Liaising with the practice manager as required About You
· Previous experience in reception, administration, or bookkeeping (healthcare experience an advantage but not essential)
· Strong organisational and time-management skills
· Confident using accounting software and Microsoft Office, Cloud Payroll, MYOB and PPMP (training will be provided)
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
· Friendly, reliable, and able to work independently What We Offer
