**Your New Role and Responsibilities** Leidos Australia is seeking a skilled Endpoint Services Administrator to join our ATO GEO SPACES program, delivering advanced national security technology solutions in a secure, high-compliance environment. This role operates across some of the most complex, multi-vendor IT environments, working alongside a supportive and collaborative team.
- Accept and resolve tickets from the Level 1 Service Desk as well as monitor and support hardware platforms deployed across multiple sites.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware (desktop, server, & datacentre) incidents

**What You’ll Bring to Make An Impact**
- Demonstrated IT experience, with a solid track record in providing advanced technical support and resolving complex technical issues.
- Adaptable and quick to learn, able to respond effectively to new requirements, technologies, and problem sets.
- Flexible to work within a 7:00 am
- 7:00 pm roster, supporting end-users and collaborating with technical teams to deliver high-quality IT services.
- Willingness to travel within Australia to provide field support as required.

Due to the nature of the role, you must be an **Australian Citizen who holds an active TSPV security clearance**; accompanied by the ability to be successful for a **DISA/OSA**.
