**About YH Support**

YH Support is a registered NDIS service provider based in Adelaide, dedicated to delivering high-quality disability support services. As we expand our operations interstate, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high service standards across multiple locations.

**Role Overview**

The Office Manager is responsible for the daily running of the office, providing administrative and operational support to senior management while supervising support staff. This key leadership role ensures smooth office operations, compliance with NDIS requirements, and coordination across interstate branches.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Office Administration & Leadership**:

- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Provide administrative support to the Director and senior management.
- Manage financial processes, including invoicing and budget tracking.
- Maintain NDIS compliance and quality standards. o Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives.

**Staff & Operations Management**:

- Supervise and support office and field staff.
- Develop and manage staff rosters for NDIS participants.
- Handle roster changes and negotiations with stakeholders. o Foster a positive workplace culture. Stakeholder Communication & Customer Service:

- Manage high volumes of calls, addressing participant queries.
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and partners.
- Support interstate branches, ensuring consistent service delivery.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Tertiary qualifications in human services, management, business administration, or a related field.
- Post-secondary qualifications in administration, finance, or IT (desirable).
- Extensive knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators.
- Robust networking skills.
- Current Criminal Record Check and Working with Children Check.
- Current CPR / First Aid Certificate. Experience
- Proven management experience in the disability sector.
- Experience in developing and reviewing health support or care plans.
- Experience in office administration, compliance, and operational management.
- Demonstrated continuous professional development.

Pay: $52,092.33
- $107,759.73 per year
