**Bartender & Customer Service Officer** **Classification: THT3 ($29.77 per hour + 25% Casual Loading)**

Our arts and cultural venues, including the iconic Shedley Theatre, Playford Civic Centre and local community halls, play a key role in bringing people together for performances, events and celebrations.
**About the Role** In this role, you will be responsible for providing food and beverage service during both Council and externally run events and functions, helping to create a safe and welcoming environment for all patrons. Your duties will include food and beverage service, cash handling, monitoring of stock levels, venue presentation and supporting guests throughout their visit.
While primarily based at the Playford Civic Centre, you may also support activities across a range of local venues. Shifts are scheduled according to bookings and event needs and often include evenings and weekends.
**About You** You’ll bring experience working in hospitality or a customer-facing workplace, along with a genuine commitment to excellent service. You’re someone who enjoys working with people, confident and productive working under mínimal supervision, adapts quickly to changing environments and takes pride in their presentation and professionalism. A Responsible Person badge under the Liquor Licensing Act is required, or you must be willing and able to obtain one before commencing. Experience working in a theatre or community venue is welcomed but not essential.
