**About the Role**

We are looking for a results driven and people first **Cluster Manager** to lead our team **Hanes **team for **Bras N Things**
- This a full-time position; average of 38 hours per week. This is a monthly rotating roster: 3 weeks on a Monday
- Friday roster, the 4th week will be a Tuesday
- Saturday roster._
- Stores covered include:_
- _BNT Tea Tree Plaza_
- _BNT Mt Gambier_
- _BNT Elizabeth_
- _BNT Mt Barker_
- Demonstrated experience in a similiar Cluster Manager, Multi-Site or Senior Store Manager role
- Lead, motivate and inspire your team across 4** stores **to achieve budgets, KPIs and profit targets
- Analyse reports to make commercial decisions that drive your stores
- Drive a high performing team, that are committed to providing exceptional customer service
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop a team to achieve goals
- Confidence in coaching and providing positive and constructive feedback to team members
- Outstanding multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to structure your days to support your teams
- Ability to work from our Kew office one day per week to focus on admin, with the remaining days in store
