About the Role As our Retail Manager, you’ll lead your team to deliver outstanding customer service and operational excellence.

You will Motivate, train, and develop your team to achieve business goals. Drive customer loyalty and ensure a welcoming in-store experience. Manage stock, merchandising, rosters, and compliance standards. Foster a positive and high-performing team culture.

About You You’re an energetic and results-focused leader who thrives in a customer-centric environment.

You’ll bring Proven retail or team management experience (pharmacy or health retail ideal). Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills. Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and payroll. Thrives working in a fast paced workplace. Current or willing-to-obtain police clearance. Available to work Monday- Friday (8.30am-4.30pm)

Bonus if you have an S2/S3 Certificate or pharmacy experience.
