We have a great opportunity working on a casual basis (approx 16 hours per week) for an Office Administrator located in

Walkerville, SA. Choose your hours and days. Let us know what would work for you?

Please find the list of duties required below.
- Basic Myob knowledge
- upload invoices to Xero
- Chasing up Invoices from supplies
- Maintaining Oracle website with client for Plumbing side
- Keep up to date motor vehicle register with expiry dates for registrations
- Providing administrative support with Govt subsidies and grants/
- Report to Director and liaise with Bookkeeper.
- General Office duties as required.
- Previous office experience preferred (3 years previous experience)
- Flexible hours
- approx 2days a week (school hours can also work)

We are essentially looking for someone with drive and enthusiasm to take on the role and wants to be the part of a great team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16
- 18 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift

- Office administration: 2 years (required)
