About the Role

We are looking for a results driven and people first Cluster Manager to lead our team Hanes team for Bras N Things

This a full-time position; average of 38 hours per week. This is a monthly rotating roster: 3 weeks on a Monday
- Friday roster, the 4th week will be a Tuesday
- Saturday roster._

BNT Mt Gambier

BNT Elizabeth

BNT Mt Barker

Demonstrated experience in a similiar Cluster Manager, Multi-Site or Senior Store Manager role

Lead, motivate and inspire your team across 4 stores to achieve budgets, KPIs and profit targets

Analyse reports to make commercial decisions that drive your stores

Drive a high performing team, that are committed to providing exceptional customer service

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop a team to achieve goals

Confidence in coaching and providing positive and constructive feedback to team members

Outstanding multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to structure your days to support your teams

Ability to work from our Kew office one day per week to focus on admin, with the remaining days in store
