Service Advisor (Elsternwick)

We're looking for a Service Advisor to join our busy dealership team. Experience is great – but not essential. If you've got the right attitude and customer focus, we're happy to train you. What You'll Do:
- Greet customers and make them feel welcome
- Schedule vehicle services and repairs
- Liaise between customers and our workshop team
- Keep customers updated on their vehicle's progress
- Ensure every visit is smooth and stress-free What We're Looking For:
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A team player who can handle a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail
- A valid driver's license
- Must be an Australian citizen What We Offer:
