Eltham | 2 days in clinic + 2 in community + 1 work from home (admin) ???? $80K–$100K + Super + $2K PD + $20 Daily Fuel Allowance About A supportive paediatric practice that prioritises delivering quality outcomes for children and families over rapid business growth—delivering meaningful therapy in a nurturing, community-focused environment with low travel demands (clients within 20 mins). The Role You’ll support paediatric clients with 2 days in the clinic, 2 days in the community and 1 day working from home. The caseload will includes children with ASD, ADHD and Down Syndrome who require support with their sensory integration, emotional regulation and fine/gross motor skills. Recent referrals have also included children with Cerebral Palsy requiring equipment prescriptions. Community travel is kept low with most clients seen within 20 minutes of the clinic. Team Culture A team-oriented family-like team comprising of 6 health care professionals including 2 senior OTs, 1 mid-level OT and 2 speech pathologists.
