Bakers Delight Elwood are currently seeking enthusiastic Bakers and Bakers Assistants (either with qualifications or with previous experience working in a bakery). At Bakers Delight Elwood our Bakers are responsible for:
- Assisting in product preparation and baking
- Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs
- Coaching and supporting the development of Apprentices and Bakers Assistant's
- Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery
- Assisting the Bakery Manager with stock control and production expenses
- Providing delightful customer service when required
- Dough making
- Oven work
- Maintaining bakery cleanliness to WHS Standards
- Customer service
- Ordering stock and stocktake The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Passion for baking
- Proven baking experience
- Ability to work a rotating roster
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced/flexible environment Benefits:
