We are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our property management team. The Leasing Consultant's primary responsibilities will revolve around leasing new and existing properties under management and providing additional support in the day-to-day management of a residential rental portfolio. **Key responsibilities will encompass**:

- Managing inquiries from potential tenants.
- Conducting property viewings through open house sessions.
- Providing feedback about potential tenants to the new business team and Property Managers.
- Creating condition reports for both incoming and outgoing tenants.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who possesses the following:

- An Agents Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
- While prior Property Management experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
- A valid Driver's License and access to a dependable vehicle.
- A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
