We are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our property management team.

We are looking for an individual who values a polished appearance and possesses a robust drive to learn and enhance their skill set.

The Leasing Consultant's primary responsibilities will revolve around leasing current and existing properties under management and providing additional support in the day-to-day management of a residential rental portfolio.

Key responsibilities will encompass:

Managing inquiries from potential tenants.

Conducting property viewings through open house sessions.

Providing feedback about potential tenants to the current business team and Property Managers.

Creating condition reports for both incoming and outgoing tenants.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who possesses the following:

An Agents Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.

While prior Property Management experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory.

A valid Driver's License and access to a dependable vehicle.

A solid work ethic and a positive attitude.

Excellent communication skills.
