Bakers Delight Elwood are currently seeking enthusiastic Bakers and Bakers Assistants (either with qualifications or with previous experience working in a bakery).

At Bakers Delight Elwood our Bakers are responsible for: Assisting in product preparation and baking Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs Coaching and supporting the development of Apprentices and Bakers Assistant's Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery Assisting the Bakery Manager with stock control and production expenses Providing delightful customer service when required Dough making Oven work Maintaining bakery cleanliness to WHS Standards Customer service Ordering stock and stocktake

The ideal candidate will possess the following: Passion for baking Proven baking experience Ability to work a rotating roster Reliable transportation Excellent communication and time management skills Ability to work in a fast paced/adaptable setting
