Chef de Partie | Blue Tongue Bar + Kitchen | Elwood Blue Tongue Bar + Kitchen is a well-loved neighbourhood bar and dining room in the heart of Elwood, known for honest, produce-driven food and a relaxed but sharp approach to hospitality. We're looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. Our menu spans everything from freshly shucked oysters and tuna sashimi to grass-fed steaks off the grill and house-made gnocchi — food that's approachable but done properly, with real attention to technique and quality ingredients. About the role: You'll be working across sections in a well-organised kitchen, contributing to a menu that changes with the seasons and reflects the best of what's available. This is a great chance to grow within a venue that takes its food seriously without taking itself too seriously. What we're looking for:
