Marketing Coordinator (Emerald)

Born Digital is a growing marketing agency working with B2B and eCommerce brands across Australia.

We focus on practical, results-driven marketing, lead generation, content, and structured campaigns that drive real outcomes.

We’re now looking for a **mid-level marketer** to join us locally in Emerald and support across day-to-day marketing execution.

The Role

This is a **hands-on, in-house role** supporting both agency clients and internal initiatives.

You’ll work closely with the founder to help execute campaigns, manage content, and keep projects moving.

This role is ideal for someone who:

- Enjoys variety
- Is organised and reliable
- Likes getting things done (not just planning)

What You’ll Be Doing Content & Campaign Execution
- Writing and scheduling social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Uploading and updating website content (WordPress)
- Supporting creation of basic marketing assets (blogs, landing pages, etc.)

Lead Generation Support
- Managing contact lists and CRM updates
- Supporting campaign tracking and reporting

eCommerce Support
- Updating products and content on websites
- Supporting promotional campaigns

Project Coordination
- Keeping tasks organised across projects
- Following up on timelines and deliverables
- Supporting general marketing operations

About You
- 2-5 years experience in marketing or digital marketing
- Basic experience with WordPress (or willing to learn quickly)
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Proactive and reliable
- Strong written communication skills
- Based locally (or within commuting distance to Emerald)

You don’t need to be a specialist, but you do need to be **practical, capable, and willing to learn.**

Pay: $60,000.00
- $75,000.00 per year
