About The Role

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.

Availability Requirements 5 days per week (9:00
- 17:00) Rotation of 1 weekend shift per fortnight Rotation of 1 evening shift per fortnight

About You & Your Skills Leadership experience in a retail/hospitality capacity A passion to drive your own career, and others around you, forward Well-developed and qualified communication skills Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and training to others

Ability to adapt to change Robust attention to detail Solid sense of teamwork
