This Full Time/Casual role would suit a customer focused and self-driven operator with a passion for delivering no matter the obstacle.

The Job

Adaptable with working diverse hours, including weekends and overtime with penalty rates (Start time and finish time)

Work to deliver high levels of service to our customers through effectively transporting general freight supporting the (Which Branch) community

Take responsibility for safely and securely loading and unloading a variety of freight with some manual handling of parcel freight

Completing daily vehicle inspections and necessary paperwork including pre-start checks as well as filling out run sheets, PODs and logbooks

Operate a forklift or pallet jack to load and unload general freight (Regional only) (Optional)

Qualifications

Hold a current HR license (and Forklift Ticket (LF)) with proven experience operating a Heavy Vehicle for a minimum of 2 years

A strong level of resilience and ability to problem solve coupled with the capability to work within a rapid-paced, high pressure environment

Have a passion for going the extra mile to provide high level service to all our customers

Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen, as well as a criminal history check if required
