- Deliver high-quality nursing care across diverse rural clinical settings.
- Lead clinical responses and patient management in high-autonomy environments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure positive health outcomes.
- Maintain professional standards and accurate documentation in line with AHPRA.
- Foster strong community relationships through compassionate and inclusive care. About you
- You are a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
- You possess clinical skills and experience within your chosen field (e.g., Emergency, Mental Health, Aged Care).
- You thrive in autonomous environments and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
- You demonstrate a commitment to the values of care, integrity, and excellence.
- You are passionate about making a difference in rural and remote communities. What we offer Total remuneration value of up to $124,741 p.a. is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $42.98
- $55.13 p.h.
- An hourly rate between $53.73
- $68.92 p.h. (incl 25% casual loading)
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading Additional Benefits
- Visa sponsorship may be considered pending skillset and years of experience
