Role: Electrical Supervisor – 7/7 Roster | Permanent 12 Month Contract Location: Blackwater QLD Employment Type: Permanent Pay Rate: Competitive Rate We're looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our dedicated maintenance team on a major long-term contract in the Blackwater region. This 12-month role , with potential for a 12-month extension, offers: 7/7 Roster (Thursday to Wednesday – rotating Day/Night shifts) 12.5-hour shifts Field maintenance on draglines Crew of 6 : 1 Supervisor, 2 Electricians, 2 Fitters, 1 Boilermaker Meals and accommodation provided RMS vehicle supplied Daily camp to site travel allowance 5 weeks annual leave With a family-friendly roster, strong support systems, and excellent conditions, this is your chance to step into a hands‑on leadership role with a tight‑knit, high‑performing crew. What You’ll Need:
- Experience with dragline maintenance – essential
- Electrical Trade Qualification
- Current S123 & G2
- Current Coal Board Medical
- Current Standard 11
