Catering Supervisor (Chief Steward) (Emerald)

Position Experienced Catering Supervisor needed to join our team at Rolleston for a 2:1 roster. This Drive‑In‑Drive‑Out (DIDO) role is ideal for individuals residing in the Bowen Basin or regional QLD; interstate applications are considered but relocation is required. Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of stewarding operations, both back and front of house at the site.
- Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure seamless food service.
- Oversee food safety and maintain cleanliness of kitchens, storerooms, and equipment.
- Lead and motivate a small team of Dining Utilities to deliver exceptional service. Benefits
