About the Role We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join the team at our Bras N Things Emerald Store. This is a part‑time position at 28 hours per week. Responsibilities
- Leading by example to create an inclusive and empowering team environment, delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting your team to achieve budgets and KPIs.
- Supporting the growth and development of your team through coaching, feedback, and succession planning, ensuring equal opportunities for progression.
- Executing Visual Merchandising in‑store, with the confidence to use your judgement to make commercial decisions that reflect both brand standards and customer needs.
- Understanding stock management processes and prioritising tasks effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
