MC Driver (Emerald)

About the role Team Global Express is currently seeking an MC Driver to commence immediately at our Depot located in Emerald. This is a permanent full‑time position offering up to $44/hour (including allowances – T&Cs; apply). Overtime rates also apply where applicable. Flexibility is required to accommodate a rotating roster. Overtime is available, with work up to 12 hours per day depending on business requirements. Weekend work may also be required. You must be able to drive a combination of automatic and manual heavy vehicles. You must have previous experience in a similar role and a safety‑first approach, consistently demonstrating WHS practices and procedures. Follow and comply with company procedures, including hazard, near‑miss and incident reporting processes. Responsibilities
- Complete deliveries and pick‑ups promptly and according to time frames.
- Restrict loads safely and use straps and chains correctly where required.
- Complete your own vehicle pre‑start checks. Qualifications
- Hold a valid MC licence.
- Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to move freight safely and timely.
- Full rights to work in Australia.
