About the Role

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.

Availability Requirements

The successful candidate should have versatile availability but be willing to commit to the following core hours each week:

5 days per week (9:00
- 17:00)

1 weekend shift per fortnight

1 evening shift per fortnight

About You & Your Skills

Leadership experience in a retail/hospitality capacity

A passion to drive your own career, and others around you, forward

Well-developed and professional communication skills

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and training to others

Ability to adapt to change

Strong attention to detail

Solid sense of teamwork
