Catering Supervisor (Chief Steward) (Emerald)

Position Experienced Catering Supervisor needed to join our team at Rolleston for a 2:1 roster. This Drive‐In‐Drive‐Out (DIDO) role is ideal for individuals residing in the Bowen Basin or regional QLD; interstate applications are considered but relocation is required. Responsibilities Coordinate all aspects of stewarding operations, both back and front of house at the site. Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure seamless food service. Oversee food safety and maintain cleanliness of kitchens, storerooms, and equipment. Lead and motivate a small team of Dining Utilities to deliver exceptional service.
