Workshop Supervisor Boilermaker (Emerald Workshop) Location: Emerald Workshop About the role We are seeking an experienced and skilled Supervisor Boilermaker to join our team. As a Leading Hand, you will play a key role in coordinating and mentoring staff to ensure a secure, productive, and efficient work environment. Hands-on Role As a Supervisor Boilermaker, you will provide leadership and guidance, and also work alongside the team, carrying out boilermaker tasks. You will be expected to be proficient in all aspects of boilermaking and be able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Coordinate staff to work safely and efficiently as part of a team
- Demonstrate and mentor fellow employees to promote a positive safety culture
- Proactively manage employees, procedures, and processes to ensure safe and efficient operation of the business
- Implement and uphold DGH Engineering HSE & Q standards in the workplace
- Accept responsibility and be accountable for actions
- Communicate clearly and effectively with management and clients
- Experienced boilermaker with a passion for leadership
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols
- Excellent communication and mentoring skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of promoting a positive safety culture
- Physical ability to perform boilermaker tasks Benefits
